I don’t know why Microsoft decided to ignore almost one hundred years of study on the readability of ALL CAPS vs. Mixed Case, but they did. I installed Visual Studio 2012 today and it looks really cool except for the annoying SHOUTING IN THE MENUS. Thankfully, they provided a way to turn it off by hacking the registry.
